Romans 12:12 "Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer."
Romans 15:13 "Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope,  through the power of the Holy Ghost."
Ephesians 3:16-19 "That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened  with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God."

2nd Corinthians 12:9-10   "And He (Christ) said unto me, 'My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Chirst may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."

Matthew 5:2-12 "Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kindgom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you."

The River is swift

Its current is strong

Its current is overpowering

I was swept away so long ago

It pulled me along

It pulled me under

I was sucked under and could not breath

It pummeled me against the rocks

It pummeled me against the shores

But now I’m stepping out

I’m backing out to save my life

I’m backing out to save my sanity

The river shall control me no longer.

(I love speaking in metaphors, don't you?)

From now on, this xanga will be used for me to post the word of God, it will not be a verse of the update anymore so much as an update of the verse.

Verse: Job 1:20-22 "Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshiped. And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taketh away; blessed be the name of the Lord. In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly."
